Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of nonstopcustomers.com and its subdomains, operated by UNALOGIX, LLC doing business as NonStop Customers. By using the site, booking a call, or submitting a form, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
NonStop Customers is the trade name of UNALOGIX, LLC (“NonStop Customers,” “we,” “us”), 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731. Contact us at hello@nonstopcustomers.com or +1 (765) 456-9046.
2. What this site is
nonstopcustomers.com is a business-to-business website that describes our lead generation and business growth services for home service companies. Information on the site is general and is not an offer to sell leads at any particular price or volume. Homeowners who want quotes for home improvement work use separate consumer websites we operate, which have their own terms.
3. Becoming a client
Buying leads from us requires a separate written client agreement that sets out your service area, the type of work you do, what counts as a qualified lead for your business, lead pacing, pricing, and payment terms. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement controls for the services it covers. These terms continue to govern your use of the site.
4. Qualified leads and replacements
A qualified lead is a consumer inquiry that meets the standard defined in your client agreement, which at minimum means a phone-verified contact who requested a quote for the type of work you do inside your agreed service area. If a lead you receive does not meet that standard, tell us promptly through the method described in your agreement and we will replace it at no charge. Replacement is the remedy for a non-qualified lead. A lead that meets the standard but does not become a customer is not a non-qualified lead.
5. Lead exclusivity
Each lead we deliver to you is delivered only to you. We do not sell or deliver the same lead to any other business.
6. Payment
Leads are purchased in prepaid packs, and you may also set up a recurring monthly quantity. Pricing, the size of the pack, and any refund terms are stated in your client agreement. We do not charge retainers, setup fees, or monthly subscription fees for lead delivery unless your agreement states otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms.
7. Your use of leads
Leads contain personal information about real people. When you receive a lead you agree to:
- Use it only to contact that person about the work they asked about
- Comply with all applicable laws when contacting leads, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, and time-of-day calling restrictions
- Not sell, share, rent, or transfer lead information to anyone outside your business
- Keep lead information reasonably secure and delete it when you no longer need it for the purpose above
You are solely responsible for how you contact and do business with leads, including your quotes, your work, and your compliance with licensing and consumer protection laws in your area.
8. Text messaging (SMS) terms
The NonStop Customers SMS program sends text messages from NonStop Customers (UNALOGIX, LLC) to business contacts who have opted in on one of our forms. Our forms use two separate consent checkboxes: one for transactional and account messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, lead delivery notifications, and replies to your questions) and one for marketing and promotional messages (offers and updates about our services). You may agree to either, both, or neither, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and the options you select.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you text STOP we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. No guarantee of results
We deliver qualified leads. We do not control whether a lead answers your call, accepts your quote, or hires you. Close rates, job values, and revenue depend on your pricing, your follow-up speed, your work, and your market. Any figures we discuss with you, on this site or on a call, are illustrations and not promises of any particular result.
10. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to use the site to submit false information, impersonate anyone, scrape or copy content, interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours. We may suspend or block access for any violation.
11. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, and the NonStop Customers name and logo are owned by UNALOGIX, LLC. You may view the site for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce or reuse any part of it without our written permission.
12. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNALOGIX, LLC and its members, managers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for all claims relating to the site, our services, or these terms, in the aggregate and regardless of the form of action, will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This cap is your sole and exclusive monetary remedy against us, except for the lead replacement remedy in Section 4.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify UNALOGIX, LLC against claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of leads, your contact with consumers, your work for consumers, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
