Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nonstopcustomers.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by UNALOGIX, LLC dba NonStop Customers ("NonStopCustomers," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site describes our marketing and lead-generation services and lets you book a free strategy call. The Site itself does not sell services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and NonStopCustomers, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Site on behalf of a business located in the United States. By using the Site you represent that this is true and that you have authority to act for that business.
3. Strategy call
The strategy call is free, carries no obligation, and is offered at our discretion. We may decline or reschedule a call. Nothing said on the call is a guarantee of results or a binding offer unless put in a signed agreement.
4. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, budget, offer, pricing, reputation, responsiveness to leads, and platform policies. Any examples, figures, or expectations discussed on the Site or on a call are illustrative. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, customers, or revenue.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; interfere with the Site's operation or security; submit false information; or book calls you do not intend to attend.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, logos, graphics, and design, are owned by NonStopCustomers or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site for your own business evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission.
7. Third-party services
Booking is handled by Cal.com. Communication may occur by phone, email, or SMS. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and platform rules (for example, those of advertising networks) may affect any services we later provide.
8. Communications consent
By providing your phone number or email and requesting contact, you consent to receive calls, emails, and text messages from us about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONSTOPCUSTOMERS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NonStopCustomers from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
