Privacy Policy
UNALOGIX, LLC dba NonStop Customers ("NonStopCustomers," "we," "us," or "our") operates nonstopcustomers.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We serve customers in the United States only.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, call us, or otherwise contact us, we collect what you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business and goals.
Information collected automatically. The Site is a static page and does not set first-party tracking cookies. Our hosting provider and third-party services we load (for example, Google Fonts) may receive your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed as part of serving the Site.
Information from third-party tools. Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. Information you enter there is collected by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.
2. How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, and hold the call you booked.
- To respond to your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
- To send you information about our services if you asked for it.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Text messages (SMS) and calls
If you provide a phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry or booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers and opt-in status are shared only with the vendors that deliver our messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate (scheduling, email, phone and SMS delivery, CRM, hosting), who may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
5. Data retention
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to serve you, for our business records, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see Section 8).
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights described above plus the right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any) and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws: the same rights apply to the extent provided by your state's law, including the right to appeal a denied request.
To exercise any right, email hello@nonstopcustomers.com. We will verify your request using the contact information we have on file and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of authorization.
9. Do Not Track
The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no standard for how to interpret them. Because we do not sell or share personal information, Global Privacy Control signals do not change how we handle your data.
10. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services (for example, Cal.com and social media). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
